God Reveals Himself!

God reveals Himself in such beautiful and miraculous ways! Don't hesitate to open your heart and mind to see how he will reveal Himself to you.

God has been revealing Himself to me like never before & I would love for you to have that same sort of life changing experience!! My therapist and I have been working on reprocessing memories of traumatic events in my past with EMDR therapy. If you are not familiar with EMDR, I would greatly encourage you to find out more! Since I am not an expert, I will not try to educate you on what it is or how it works. I do however want to share some of my experiences! I also highly recommend that you find a Christian therapist that you can work with and learn more about EMDR to determine if it would be a good fit for your situation.

I am so blessed to have found my therapist! She is truly amazing and such a blessing to me. I love how she lets the Holy Spirit guide us in our sessions when He is wanting to reveal Himself to me even more! God is working through her and she recognizes that and embraces the opportunity to let Him. I pray that you will also be blessed to find someone who God will work through to help you!

Through our EMDR work, I feel the Holy Spirit interacting with me and sometimes I will hear His voice. Often He will communicate with me through images or visuals. There will also be times during our sessions that scripture will pop into my mind that ties in so perfectly to what I am dealing with. I find myself craving that connection and love how I have grown so much closer to God through this!

Ever since He has started revealing Himself to me in this way, I have felt called to share my experiences with you! In fact, that is why I started this blog. I would have never dreamed of doing anything like this, but now here I am…..stepping out in faith to follow His will for me to share! I will pray to God for guidance on what He wants me to share with you from my time with Him during my EMDR sessions. So be sure to check back for more posts related to my EMDR experiences.
